Columbus House is committed to providing optimum support to the youth of Renfrew County. We welcome any reviews of our service.
The opportunity for the public to provide feedback on services provided by Columbus House can be done through mail, email, telephone, or in person.
All feedback will be directed to the Executive Director. The ED is responsible for communicating to the Board of Directors any complaints, discussions, and resolutions.
Customers can expect to hear back in 15 working days.
